Porch Group is hiring a T1 Support Billing Specialist for Colombia. This remote, customer-facing role provides live support via phone, chat, and email for billing inquiries and collections.

You will work under RemoFirst while reporting to Porch Group's team, helping customers resolve issues quickly and accurately. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical support, excellent English, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced SaaS environment with integral clients.
