Brandtech+ is seeking a highly organized Junior People Operations Administrator to join our integral People & Talent Ops team. This entry-level role offers hands-on training across HR administration, onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, and policy guidance.

You will work with HRIS/ATS tools (Sage People/Greenhouse), assist with employee life cycle, compliance, background checks, scheduling, and reporting. A BA/BA in HR or related field and strong communication are desired. #LI-REMOTE
