- $ 9.450.000 COPOn-siteSharePurpose of the RoleWe are looking for a Platform & DevOps Engineer responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, scalability, and security of the organization’s technology platforms, production environments, and data environments.
The successful candidate will actively participate in process automation, infrastructure monitoring, solution deployment, operational support, and the continuous improvement of critical platforms, working collaboratively with the Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Quality teams.Adecuado Candidate ProfileA professional with a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, platform administration, or critical production environments.
Must be capable of operating high-availability environments, resolving technical incidents, automating repetitive tasks, and participating in continuous deployment processes, ensuring best practices in security, observability, and operational reliability.Required KnowledgeThe ideal candidate must have solid experience or knowledge in:
* Linux and Windows system administration.
* Containers and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
* Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
* Monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix.
* Continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
* Networking, information security, and access management.
* Scripting with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.




* Version control with Git.
* Critical production environments and high-availability platforms.PreferredThe following will be considered a plus:
* Certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, ITIL, or DevOps.
* Experience with operational support models and 24/7 on-call rotations.
* Knowledge of cloud architecture, microservices, and cloud-native platforms.
* Experience with infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities
* Resolve incidents reported by internal or external users.
* Analyze logs, metrics, and alerts to identify errors, performance degradation, or system congestion.
* Automate repetitive tasks using scripts, pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
* Coordinate controlled deployments in staging and production environments.
* Monitor the operation of continuous integration and deployment tools.
* Manage access and permissions to critical infrastructure.
* Participate in reviews of architecture, scalability, and availability.
* Support the operation of critical production environments.
* Implement improvements focused on stability, security, performance, and operational efficiency.
* Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation schedules,
