Job Description

- Support the team in executing product strategies and initiatives, especially those related to the affluent segment, value proposition, and partnerships.
- Operationalize product campaigns and new alliances, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Track and analyze key business metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates and reports to the product team.
- Monitor the performance of the value proposition and benefits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Generate relevant insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision‑making and drive product growth.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to facilitate the launch and optimization of products and solutions.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, especially within the affluent segment.

This is a hybrid position.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in the payments industry, financial services, or product/marketing analytics.
- Experience in campaign execution, partnership management, or business analysis is highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
