We are seeking an Ads Account Specialist with expertise in creating and managing profitable campaigns for lead-generation businesses.

In this role, you'll manage and optimize Ads campaigns, ensuring the use of effective campaign structures and bidding strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage, develop, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
2. Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
3. Track campaign results in HubSpot CRM, link campaigns to CRMs, and verify lead delivery.
4. Stay updated on paid media trends and best practices, applying them daily.
5. Collaborate with creative and data analytics teams for efficient campaign execution.
6. Create standardized and customized reports for presentations.
7. Analyze market data to identify optimization opportunities.
8. Demonstrate problem-solving skills, initiative, and independence.
9. Write persuasive, polished ad copies.

Contribute to testing strategies to improve campaigns.
11. Manage multiple accounts proactively, ensuring timely delivery.

Minimum Requirements

- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; Facebook experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of linking campaigns with HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for digital marketing and trend awareness.
- Experience with campaign budgeting, bidding, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and self-starting attitude.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets.
