Here, your work directly strengthens platform governance while elevating the day-to-day operations of our internal teams.What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:Lead Technical Architecture & Customization: Design, build, and maintain custom applications, complex workflows, catalog items, and system integrations on the ServiceNow platform.Advance Now Assist AI Capabilities: Develop and refine AI skills, autonomous agents, and agentic workflows to increase automation and streamline business processes.Maintain Platform Governance & Integrity: Manage cross-platform impacts of requested changes, enforce quality standards, and oversee regular ServiceNow version upgrades for vendor compliance.Bridge Technical & Business Needs: Collaborate directly with Solutions Architects and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into functional Agile deliverables.What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will have:5+ years of experience developing and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Expert proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services,
