Keller Executive Search is recruiting on behalf of an expanding automotive repair and maintenance services organization. Our client is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to strengthen its brand, increase customer acquisition, and support growth across multiple service locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy across all service markets.
- Lead brand positioning, customer acquisition, retention, digital marketing, and local campaigns.
- Manage paid search, social media, email, website, and customer relationship marketing.
- Develop promotions supporting seasonal services and location-level revenue objectives.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, conversion rates, and acquisition costs.
- Oversee marketing agencies, technology platforms, media partners, and departmental budgets.
- Support new-location openings and entry into additional markets.
- Partner with service and commercial leaders to improve the customer experience.
- Build and develop a results-oriented internal marketing team.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

10+ years of progressive marketing experience.

5+ years leading marketing teams, agencies, or multi-market programs.

Experience within automotive services, retail services, franchising, or multi-location businesses.

Strong knowledge of digital acquisition, CRM, analytics, and brand management.

Demonstrated success generating measurable customer and revenue growth.

Experience managing substantial marketing budgets.

Salary: $130,000 to $155,000 annually, plus performance bonus
