What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Consultant specialized in Telco Systems (BSS/OSS) to join the LATAM team, based in Colombia.

The successful candidate will participate in technology transformation projects for telecommunications operators and digital infrastructure companies, helping define strategies, target architectures, and roadmaps for the evolution of platforms and systems.





We are seeking a professional with a solid understanding of the telecommunications operator systems ecosystem and experience in areas such as BSS, OSS, application architecture, systems integration, and technology transformation, capable of combining functional knowledge, technological vision, and business acumen.

Experience working with telecom operators, vendors, or system integrators within the telecommunications industry will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Participate in systems transformation projects for telecommunications operators.
- Conduct assessments of applications, platforms, and technological capabilities.
- Analyze current architectures and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, and modernization.
- Define target architectures and technology evolution roadmaps.
- Participate in initiatives related to:
- CRM
- Product Catalog
- Order Management
- Digital Channels
- Service Assurance
- Systems Integration
- Support the development of strategic recommendations and transformation plans.
- Participate in customer workshops and functional and technology definition sessions.
- Contribute to presales activities, commercial proposals, and offering development.
- Coordinate work teams and ensure the quality of project deliverables.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary business, process, and technology teams.

Requirements

- 4 to 8 years of experience in technology consulting, systems, or digital transformation.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Knowledge of processes and systems related to the Telco business.
