Coupa Software Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Value Consultant to join our Customer Success team. You will lead focused, time-bound engagements to help customers adopt Coupa and realize full value from the platform, working end-to-end from diagnosis to transitioning the account back to health.

The role requires 6–8 years in customer-facing roles in software/SaaS, hands-on enterprise software configuration, and strong English communication, consulting, and project-management capabilities.
