About Get Linked Up

Get Linked Up is a U.S.-based virtual staffing company specializing in connecting businesses, particularly personal injury law firms, with experienced remote professionals.

We provide bilingual legal assistants, case managers, intake specialists, demand writers, lien negotiators, and other skilled professionals.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a proven B2B sales professional who knows how to generate business, build relationships, and close new staffing accounts.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect U.S. law firms seeking remote legal staffing solutions.

Conduct daily outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and referrals.

- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified law firm prospects.
- Connect directly with managing partners, firm owners, and operations directors.
- Conduct discovery calls, present staffing solutions, and close new client agreements.




- Develop relationships that generate repeat placements and long-term accounts.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts in our CRM.
- Meet monthly new-client acquisition and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Prior experience selling virtual staffing, offshore staffing, outsourcing, or recruiting services strongly preferred.
- Experience selling services to U.S. law firms is a major advantage.
- Demonstrated history of personally acquiring new paying business clients.
- Strong outbound prospecting, cold calling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Established professional network and ability to independently develop qualified prospects.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable for performance.

Preferred Experience

Candidates who have worked for legal staffing companies such as Legal Soft, Get Staffed Up, Remote Legal Staff, or similar providers are strongly encouraged to apply.
