We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative based in Colombia to join a growing technology company. In this remote position, you will lead outbound prospecting efforts targeting enterprise accounts across the United States and Canada. Your main focus will be connecting with senior leaders, starting meaningful business conversations, and qualifying opportunities for our sales team.

What You Will Do

Build and research named account lists across industries like manufacturing, retail, wholesale, and consumer products.

Reach out to Vice Presidents and Directors in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and IT through phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Lead initial qualification calls with executives to uncover key business challenges and evaluate fit.

Schedule discovery meetings for our Account Executive and share detailed context on each account.





Keep precise activity records in HubSpot while using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for daily outreach.

What We Are Looking For

At least three years of outbound sales or business development experience in the software industry.

Proven track record prospecting into enterprise or upper mid market accounts.

Background in enterprise SaaS, ERP, supply chain, analytics, or procurement solutions.

Fluent spoken and written English with complete confidence speaking directly to North American executives by telephone.

Strong skills in account research, consultative qualification, and pipeline development.

Residence in Colombia, availability during US Eastern business hours, and willingness to work as a full time contractor using your own equipment.
