What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of software engineering and enterprise platform experience.
- 5+ years in software architecture, technical leadership, or similar strategic roles.
- Proven experience delivering systems from design to production and operational evolution.
- Strong background in cloud-native architectures and distributed high-availability systems.
- Hands-on expertise with at least one major enterprise stack: .NET/C#, Java/Kotlin, Python, or TypeScript/Node.js.
- Experience integrating AI, ML, or Generative AI into business-critical applications.
- Ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Customer Experience, BPO, Contact Center or Omnichannel platforms.
- AWS, Azure or Google Cloud certifications.
- Kubernetes, Security, DevOps or AI/ML certifications.
- Advanced English (B2+/C1).
- Portuguese is a plus.
