We are currently looking for an: IT Specialist

We are seeking an IT Specialist to support the implementation, daily operations, and continuous improvement of ERP across Midea’s Andes Region (Colombia and Ecuador). The role prioritizes end-to-end P2P and O2C business processes, supply chain execution, and ERP integration with WMS and TMS. Finance application experience is an additional advantage.

The position serves as a regional bridge among business users, Midea HQ IT, regional teams, and external vendors, ensuring reliable operations and successful project delivery.

What You Will Do?

- Support ERP and related business applications across Colombia and Ecuador, with primary ownership of application support for end-to-end P2P and O2C processes.
- Analyze and improve P2P and O2C processes.
- Gather business requirements, document process gaps and BRDs, coordinate solution design with HQ IT, and translate business needs into actionable system changes.
- Participate in implementation lifecycles including solution validation, integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, user training, go-live, and hypercare.
- Troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes, manage issue resolution and change requests, and improve application stability and user experience.
- Support ERP integration with SCM applications, especially WMS and TMS, covering inventory, warehousing, order fulfillment, transportation,



and API/EDI interfaces; coordinate related e-invoicing and Finance interfaces as needed.
- Provide support for Finance-related application processes and integration, including AP, AR, GL, and period-end close, where relevant.
- Coordinate regional stakeholders, HQ IT, and vendors; track priorities, risks, deliverables, and follow-up actions.

What Are We Looking For?

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, support, or business systems analysis.
- Solid hands-on understanding of end-to-end P2P and O2C business processes and their execution in ERP systems.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, incident resolution, and coordination with business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work across multiple functions and countries.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

- Experience implementing or supporting WMS and TMS, including ERP–WMS/TMS integration, warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation processes.
- Experience implementing or supporting Finance systems/modules (AP, AR, GL, accounting interfaces, financial close,



and reconciliation).
- Experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or comparable ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with EDI/API integration, electronic invoicing, and local business processes in Colombia or Ecuador.
- Experience with leading WMS platforms such as Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder (JDA), Infios (K’orber), SAP EWM, or Oracle WMS is a plus.
- Experience with leading TMS platforms such as Oracle OTM, SAP TM, Blue Yonder, e2open, or Infios (MercuryGate) is also an advantage.
- Mandarin language skills are a plus.
