You’ll get to: * **Plan and execute employee wellness and engagement activities** for the Medellín site and support initiatives across Colombia.* **Coordinate corporate celebrations and special events** such as Women’s Day, Men’s Day, Children’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, and year-end events.* **Manage the full administrative process for events**, including quotations, approvals, purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-up.* **Organize event logistics**, including attendance lists, reservations, catering, prizes, setup, and closing activities.* **Lead employee recognition programs**, including birthday celebrations and service anniversary initiatives.* **Develop and maintain partnerships with external benefit providers**, such as gyms, language institutes, and other vendors.* **Promote employee benefits and provide support** by answering questions and encouraging participation in available programs.* **Support office visits and internal space coordination**, including meeting rooms, auditoriums, visitor access,
