We are currently looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team in Cali.

Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients.
- Handle collection and account-related conversations with confidence and professionalism.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts through calls and emails.
- Document all customer interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account inquiries.
- Meet collection and performance goals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Collections experience preferred.
- Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in Collections, Customer Service, Sales, CSR, or other client-facing roles are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and proactive attitude.
- Comfortable speaking directly with customers and handling challenging conversations.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
- Must be available to work 100% on-site in Versalles, Cali.
- Currently enrolled students will not be considered.
