Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the recruitment process for IT roles across Latin America. The idóneo candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical requirements of various IT positions and will be adept at sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Recruitment Strategy:



Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's IT hiring needs.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully integrated into the organization.
- Market Trends: Stay updated on emerging technologies and recruitment trends in the IT industry.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role (1 YEAR).
- Strong understanding of IT terminologies and roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
