We are looking for a high-performing, self-directed Senior US Bookkeeper to manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of clients.

We are seeking a Bookkeeper with 2–5 years of experience with U.S.-based companies to manage daily full-cycle bookkeeping tasks in Quickbooks online.

What you need to apply:- Experience: 2–5 years of solid full-cycle bookkeeping for U.S.-based companies.- Software: Advanced, active daily use of Quick

Books Online (QBO) within the last 12 months (Desktop-only does not qualify).- English: B2+ / C1 (Advanced) (both written and verbal) to communicate directly with U.S. clients.

Must be comfortable participating in live meetings, providing financial updates, and managing written communication directly with English-speaking clients.- Hours: 40 hours/week, aligned to PST timezone.- Core Competencies: Full-cycle bookkeeping, bank and client account reconciliations,



administrative support (email management), confidentiality, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping (Primary Function)- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks for assigned clients.- Complete client account reconciliations accurately and on time.- Maintain well-organized financial records within Quick
