We are CarbonBetter, a U.S.-based company in the energy and sustainability sector. We provide electricity and natural gas services to residential and small business customers in the United States, and we are growing our sales team in Medellín. We are looking for candidates with advanced English skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and strong communication abilities who are seeking stability, professional growth, and a competitive income structure.

Role Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to assigned customers (leads provided).
Clearly explain our energy services.
Execute retention and sales processes following an established script.
Accurately document each interaction in the system.
Follow up on cases until completion.
Offer additional services when applicable.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Work collaboratively with teammates and leadership.

Job Conditions
Work modality: On-site ? Medellín
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM during Daylight Saving Time)
Contract: Indefinite-term contract
Base salary: COP $3,550,000
Commissions: Yes (uncapped, based on performance)

Requirements




Advanced English (able to hold conversations with native speakers).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, call center, telemarketing, or customer service.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to follow sales processes and scripts.
Basic knowledge of digital tools and dialing systems.
Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented attitude.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
