Select Generation is a integral football agency and player development company. We help players from all over the world get seen and signed through our academies in Spain, England & Dubai, plus showcases & college placement in the US. We’ve placed 150+ players into the NCAA and given 500+ players international opportunities. We’re a small, fast team and everyone here has real ownership.

THE ROLE

You’ll be the first real call a player or parent has with Select Generation. You’ll run short intro calls, get to know each player, explain what we do, and book them into a review call with our senior scouts. You won’t be cold calling and you won’t be talking prices. Your job is to have great football conversations and make sure every family leaves the call with their next step booked.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Run 20 minute intro calls with players & parents (mostly US families)
- Learn each player’s level, goals & background
- Book a review call with our senior scouts at the end of every intro call, and make sure families actually show up
- Pass your call notes to the scouts so the next call picks up where you left off
- Keep our CRM clean & updated after every call
- Follow our call process and help us improve it with what you’re seeing

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Fluent spoken English. You’ll be on calls with American parents & teenagers,



so it needs to sound natural and confident
- Strong football knowledge. Playing or coaching experience is a big plus
- Experience in sales, appointment setting or customer support (a big plus, but we’ll train the right person)
- Comfortable working a CRM & following a process
- Reliable, organized and hungry to grow
- Based in Latin America (Colombia & Mexico preferred)
- Own laptop, phone & stable internet

SCHEDULE

Part time, 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 6pm to 10pm Eastern. After US clocks change on November 1, that’s 6 to 10pm in Colombia and 5 to 9pm in Mexico City. Please only apply if you can work these hours consistently.

PAY

$300 USD per month base, plus up to $350 per month in bonuses for review call show rate & offers sent, so up to $650 a month paid in USD. Your first stage is a paid training period where we get you fully set up on our CRM, scripts & process. Once you hit your milestones, you move up to taking review calls yourself and earning commission on every camp, trial & full-year program enrollment.
