Hitachi Energy seeks a senior Real Estate leader to establish and implement the Real Estate strategy and plan for the Americas, with Colombia as the primary country. You will ensure facilities are suitable, located appropriately, and cost-efficient to support operations.

You will oversee budgeting, CAPEX, reporting, contractor management, safety standards, and end-to-end facility management, while coordinating with finance, legal, and business units to optimize asset value and compliance.
