Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls in English and provide information about roadside assistance services.
- Manage customer requests related to vehicle breakdowns and roadside emergencies.
- Guide customers through the assistance process and coordinate timely solutions.
- Follow up on cases to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update information in the relevant systems.

Requirements

- B2+ English proficiency (upper-intermediate to advanced).
- Full-time availability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work 100% on-site in Barranquilla.
