Showroom & Sales Assistant - English Required

Pianeta Legno is an international manufacturer and supplier of premium hardwood flooring, headquartered in Miami, with operations in Colombia and Latin America.

We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive individual to manage our Bogotá showroom, support customer relationships, and develop new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients and present our flooring collections.
- Handle telephone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
- Send quotations prepared by our Miami team and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors.
- Identify potential clients, coordinate meetings, and visit clients or projects when needed.
- Maintain customer records, organize samples, and manage daily showroom activities.
- Coordinate with our Miami team on pricing, orders, and project requirements.
- Participate in occasional company-paid business travel for trade shows and training.

Requirements:

- Strong spoken and written Spanish and English.



English is mandatory and will be assessed during the interview.
- Professional appearance, excellent customer service, and strong communication skills.
- Initiative, organization, reliability, and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and proactively develop customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and WhatsApp.
- Experience in sales, showrooms, architecture, interior design, furniture, or building materials preferred.
- Availability for occasional business travel within Colombia and internationally, subject to applicable visa requirements.

Schedule & Compensation:

- Starting salary: COP 4,500,000 gross per month, plus statutory benefits.
- Salary review: Every six months, based on performance.
