The Role
As an Electrical BIM Project Manager, youll oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing not only the technical aspects of electrical BIM modeling and coordination, but also people, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

This is a managementforward role with strong exposure to business strategy, team leadership, and clientfacing responsibilitieswhile still requiring a solid understanding of Revit and Navisworks for electrical deliverables.

Youll act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.
Technical Skills
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
Advanced Fluent English proficiency mandatory.
6 years of experience in electrical engineering,



construction, or BIM VDC projects.
Proven experience managing projects from initiation to closeout.
Experience leading teams, assigning tasks, and managing schedules.
Strong clientfacing skills and experience with scope and schedule discussions.
Knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
Proficiency with Revit and Navisworks.
Desirable Requirements
Experience with electrical BIM VDC coordination and clash detection.
Previous electrical design or field installation experience.
Familiarity with US codes and standards NEC, NFPA, etc..
Data center or healthcare project experience.
Experience with ACC BIM 360, Revizto, or similar platforms.
Experience managing remote teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
What Youll Be Responsible For
Leading electrical BIM teams across multiple USbased projects.
Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders.
Serving as the main clientfacing point of contact.
Overseeing QA QC processes to ensure highquality deliverables.
Coordinating resources, staffing, PTO, and team development.
Supporting career paths, training, and performance growth of team members.
Working closely with Business Unit leadership on planning and strategy.
Using tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud ACC, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project.
