Modality Hybrid 4 days onsite 1 day remote
Schedule Monday to Friday 800 AM 500 PM CST

Key Requirements
Advanced English C1 preferred
Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
High School Diploma required Associate Degree in Accounting preferred
Experience processing invoices and vendor payments
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment

Main Responsibilities
Review and code invoices to the appropriate General Ledger accounts
Obtain required approvals and ensure proper documentation
Prepare and process weekly vendor payments
Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments and account balances
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies




Maintain and update vendor records and supporting documentation
Reconcile Accounts Payable balances and resolve outstanding issues
Support accounting operations while ensuring compliance and accuracy
