What you´ll do

- Coordinate and support transportation planning activities to ensure on-time deliveries and carrier availability.
- Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transportation execution.
- Plan and manage exceptional deliveries, including rush orders, and resolve operational issues during the transportation planning process.
- Maintain and update transportation master data to ensure planning accuracy.
- Manage transportation-related complaints and support invoice discrepancy reconciliation with Purchasing and Finance teams.
- Prepare transportation KPIs and performance reports, while identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization.

What makes you a good fit

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or customer service operations.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS), ERP systems, or similar logistics tools is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency preferred.
