Taleo is seeking a senior Track Team Lead to plan, design, and optimize track geometry and infrastructure for passenger and freight rail projects. You will lead the Bogota GCC Rail Track team and collaborate with Canadian counterparts to deliver integrated solutions.

Adecuado candidates bring 10+ years in railway track engineering, strong PM/leadership skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bentley OpenRail Designer. Fluency in English is required.
