This is a hands-on seat reporting to the CEO in a lean, AI-leveraged company. You write the specs, build the pricing, and chase the samples yourself.Product line and roadmapOwn the full catalog: linear pixel, architectural linear, signage, and entertainment product familiesBuild a 12 to 24 month roadmap tied to rep and specifier demand, margin, and supply riskRationalize the line: what to retire, consolidate, or re-sourceSet list and channel pricing and keep price books current for reps and distributorsNew product developmentWrite product requirements (optical, electrical, mechanical, controls, certification)Run development with internal technologists and contract factories from concept to launchManage certification paths (UL/cUL/ETL, DLC where relevant, IP ratings)Track cost, landed cost, and lead time, including tariff and country-of-origin exposureConfiguration, data, and documentationOwn configuration rules in our CPQ so reps can quote configure-to-order products without errorsKeep item, BOM, and product data clean in Business CentralOwn spec sheets, install guides, IES files, and website product contentGo-to-marketLaunch products with training, sales tools,
