Vivant is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Technology Support Specialist to manage and troubleshoot technology across multiple restaurant locations. You will support Toast POS, Olo online ordering, Restaurant365, and Microsoft 365, ensuring smooth operations and reliable systems.

This remote role requires independent troubleshooting, strong communication with restaurant teams, and ownership from diagnosis to resolution. Prior openings or deployments and vendor coordination are a plus.
