Outlier is seeking experienced software engineers to join as QA Coders in a remote, LatAm-wide program. You will review AI-generated code, identify errors, and rate model responses to improve code generation.

You will also craft clear CS prompts to challenge AI models and contribute to producing high-quality training data. The position rewards up to $34/hr plus incentives and allows adaptable, remote work with access to leading LLMs.
