Outlier is building a remote, LatAm-focused QA coding program that lets engineers apply their skills to train AI models for code generation. Join as a QA Coder to review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear prompts to challenge AI systems.

We offer versátil remote work across LATAM, competitive pay up to $34/hour on a 1099 contract, and additional incentives tied to project performance. Prior software engineering experience and strong English are required.
