ToolsGroup is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to lead IT service operations and a small IT/Ops team. You will be the senior escalation point for production services, diagnose distributed systems, automate recurring work, and drive reliability improvements across Azure, OCI, and container workloads.

You will define observability, runbooks, and recovery readiness, and collaborate with Engineering, Security, Support, and business teams to translate risk into actionable reliability
