At Integra Data Solutions S.A.S., were looking for motivated, responsible, and enthusiastic individuals to join our international customer service team.

Experience is not required We value your English communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new challenges.

What Youll Do

Communicate with international clients in English through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Provide excellent customer service and professional assistance.
Answer questions, address concerns, and help resolve customer inquiries.
Accurately document information and update customer records.
Learn and follow company procedures, systems, and guidelines.
Collaborate with your team to ensure a positive customer experience.

What Were Looking For

Strong English communication skills B2 C1 level REQUIRED.
Excellent speaking and listening skills.
A positive, professional, and customerfocused attitude.
Coachability willingness to receive feedback, follow instructions, and continuously improve.




Fast learners who can adapt to new tools, processes, and responsibilities.
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.

No previous call center experience is required. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate strong English skills, commitment, and a genuine desire to learn.
