We are a small, fully remote team providing high-end residential cleaning services to customers across the US. We are rapidly expanding and looking for reliable, positive, and ambitious people to join our team.

This is a fully remote, work-from-home role. Shifts will be 6–8 hours long, including a paid break, and will include weekends. Schedules may vary, but shifts will generally fall between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM ET.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained in different areas of the business and expected to master company procedures for managing daily cleaning schedules, coordinating cleaners, and supporting customers. Excellent communication, multitasking, organisation, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Important: Phone calls are a major part of this role. You will be expected to regularly make and receive calls with customers and cleaning technicians throughout your shift. You must be confident speaking English on the phone, comfortable handling customer concerns, and willing to pick up the phone whenever needed. This is not a text-only customer service position.

Duties will include coordinating cleaning appointments, managing schedules,



handling customer questions and complaints via phone calls and text messaging, resolving day-to-day operational issues, and assisting owners and management with projects. Intermediate mathematical skills are required for calculating payments and percentages. Strong communicators and multitaskers excel in this role.

Fluent written and spoken English, a reliable internet and electricity connection, and a quiet workspace suitable for professional phone calls are required. You must provide your own computer, smartphone, and headset. Your computer must be capable of smoothly running at least 12 Google Chrome tabs simultaneously.

Required Experience:

- 2+ years of customer service experience
