Position Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential clients and respond to inquiries.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and families.
- Explain our firm's services in personal injury and elder abuse cases.
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
- Help prospective clients navigate the initial intake process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Work with our legal team to ensure a professional and compassionate client experience.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Sales, lead generation, intake, or call center experience preferred.
- Confident on the phone and comfortable following up with leads.
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- A compassionate and professional approach when speaking with individuals and families facing difficult situations.
