About the role
We're looking for a Business Development Consultant with a strategic outside-in perspective to help NNC identify growth opportunities, benchmark against what's working in the market, and propose actionable ideas to scale the business and increase sales. This starts as a short-term, project-based engagement — depending on the impact and value delivered, it could evolve into a longer-term collaboration.

Responsibilities

- Research and identify market opportunities, trends, and best practices relevant to NNC's growth.
- Develop concrete ideas for business growth and revenue expansion, with clear rationale for why each should be implemented.
- Assess the potential value and feasibility of each proposed initiative.
- Recommend strategies to scale the business and increase sales.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership.




- Periodically visit the office to observe operations and better ground recommendations in the day-to-day business.

Requirements

- Proven experience in business development, growth strategy, or consulting.
- Strong market awareness — able to identify what's valuable and applicable to NNC's context.
- Analytical thinking with a bias toward practical, implementable recommendations.
- Proactive, idea-driven approach with the ability to build a business case.
- Good English level (helpful, depending on team communication needs).
