The Opportunity

We are seeking an articulate, high-drive Inside Sales Representative fluent in English (C1/Near-Native) to join our remote sales team. You will handle hot inbound inquiries, consult with residential and B2B buyers (builders, property managers, architects), and close high-ticket hardware orders averaging $600 to $900+ per unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Inbound Consultation & Closing: Call and follow up with hot leads who have submitted a form and product information requests.
- Pipeline Management: Manage active opportunities in the CRM from initial consultation through invoice payment.
- B2B Account Development: Engage, builders, property managers, architects, and multi-family property owners seeking multi-unit lock deployments.
- Product Recommendations: Guide clients to the correct smart lock model based on their aesthetic preferences and features.





What We Are Looking For

- English Fluency: C1 or near-native spoken and written English. You will negotiate directly with US business owners, architects, and homeowners over the phone.
- Track Record in Sales: 2+ years of phone-based sales experience (B2B, tech sales, high-ticket consumer products, or US-facing SDR/closer roles).
- Closing Instinct: Comfortable asking for the sale, addressing objections, and following up consistently.
- Work Setup: Dedicated quiet home office, noise-canceling headset, and reliable high-speed internet (30+ Mbps).

Base Salary

2,000,000 COP/month guaranteed base.

Ramp-Up Safety Floor (Months 1–2)

Guaranteed minimum earnings floor of (3,000,000 COP) during training when meeting daily consultation targets.

Uncapped Commission

10% commission paid on all closed revenue (Average ticket size: $600 – $900+ per unit; B2B orders regularly reach $5,000 – $15,000+).

Realistic Earning Potential

New reps historically average ~$2,000 USD in Month 1. Consistent performers earn $3,000 – $4,500+ USD/month after 6 months.

Paid Time Off & Holidays

12 paid personal/vacation days annually accrued + 7 paid US holidays.
