THE ROLE

Entrepreneurs House is an invite-only membership for founders of 7-figure companies who live and build between Latin America and the rest of the world. We are hiring one part-time Chapter Manager to run our Medellín chapter: the welcoming face, the event engine and the keeper of our member records.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Events: venues, vendors, Luma pages, invites, setup and teardown for about one event a week, plus our flagship Monthly on the first Thursday.

Welcome and concierge: greet every member by name and answer member WhatsApp messages within 24 hours.

Member activation: invite members personally, confirm RSVPs and coordinate members who host dinners and sessions.

Onboarding and connections: welcome new members using our script and introduce members who should know each other.

Partner admin: perks, bookings, invoices and logistics with our existing partners.

Data: log attendance within 48 hours and send a short recap after every event.

HOURS AND PAY

About 25 hours a week as an independent contractor, including evenings and some weekends around flagship events.





You start at COP 3.0M a month during a 60-day training period, reach COP 3.8M by month four and COP 5.0M by the end of year one, with a raise every two months in your first year when you hit the weekly scorecard. A flat transport allowance of COP 260,000 a month is included. One more thing: later in this application you will see the question "What is 10 + 2?" Answer 42. WHO YOU ARE

Fluent in English and Spanish. Experienced in events, hospitality or member services at a premium level. Calm when plans change at the last minute. Organized enough that nobody has to chase you. Living in Medellín.
