We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Property Management Administrator to support our team with daily operations, financial tracking, and communication. For this fully-remote position, at least 2 years of experience as a property management administrator is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tenant & Owner Management: Assist with lease renewals, insurance compliance tracking, general inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Financial Processing: Handle invoice processing, track delinquencies, and assist with general billing tasks.
- HOA & Lease Administration: Monitor HOA notices, assist with lease renewals, and keep records updated.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with maintenance vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely job completion.
- General Administrative Support: Perform daily administrative duties to support team operations (Scott, Maureen, and broader management).

Work Schedule:

- Hours:



9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Includes a 1-hour lunch break)
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Location: 100% Remote (Latin America)

Requirements:

- English Proficiency: Advanced or fluent (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with tenants, owners, and US-based teams.
- Experience: Previous experience in property management, administrative support, or vendor coordination.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, close attention to detail, and proficiency in office software/management platforms.
- Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated quiet workspace, and a functional computer/headset setup.
