Outlier invites experienced software engineers to join a structured remote program that trains AI models through human feedback. As a QA Coder, you will review AI-generated code, flag issues, and rate responses to guide model improvements.

This is a 1099 contract across Latin America, with pay for core work up to $34 USD per hour plus incentives. Applicants should have a CS degree, production code experience, and strong English; nationality includes Colombia, among other countries in the region.
