MUST HAVES

- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.
- Experience building dashboards and reports within Power BI.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Understanding of data structures, data flows, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.

- Experience with Treasure Data CDP or similar Customer Data Platforms.

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support its Digital Experience and Customer Data Platform initiatives. This role will partner closely with stakeholders across product, marketing, design, and technology teams to transform customer data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.





The idóneo candidate is technically minded, understands data structures and customer data flows, and can effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across customer data sources.
- Create monitoring, alerting, and reporting processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Support measurement and analysis of A/B testing, optimization, and personalization initiatives.
- Analyze customer behavior and engagement trends across digital channels.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into reporting and analytics requirements.
- Help teams leverage data to drive decisions related to website features, digital experiences, and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to understand data flows, structures, and pipeline dependencies.
- Document business requirements, metrics, KPIs, and reporting definitions.
