We are actively expanding our cyber defense capabilities at Auxis. Right now, I am looking for a Manager of Email Security Engineering to take complete ownership of our messaging security strategy.

This is not just about maintaining gateways. It is about leading a distributed engineering team, architecting a resilient cloud email protection stack, and driving measurable reductions in successful attacks.

- Lead the Charge: Direct and mentor a team of specialized email security engineers.
- Enforce Trust: Drive the authentication program (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to full enforcement across a complex estate without disrupting legitimate business mail.
- Own the Stack: Mastermind our secure email gateways and cloud-native controls (Proofpoint, Mimecast, or Microsoft Defender for O365).
- Close the Loop:



Partner with SOC and awareness teams to turn phishing response, user reporting workflows, and sandboxing into automated remediation.

The Profile We Need:

- 8+ years in messaging or security engineering, with at least 2+ years of direct people leadership.
- Deep expertise in Exchange Online mail flow and advanced threat tradecraft.
- Advanced English (B2+ or higher) for integral stakeholder collaboration.
- Certifications like CISSP, GCIA, or vendor-specific credentials are a huge plus!
