Outlier is building a remote QA coding program for LATAM software engineers to help train AI models. As a QA Coder you will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear CS prompts.

You’ll work on real projects with adaptable hours and pay in USD per hour. This is a 1099 contract opportunity, open to many LATAM countries, including Colombia, with compensation up to $34/hr plus performance incentives.
