Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities.

Prepare reports and presentations with actionable recommendations for leadership.

Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and processes.

Support the evaluation of business performance against goals and KPIs.

Assist in process improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.

Important for Latin America: U.S. residency and work permits are not required.

2.Requirements

Fluent English (spoken and written) — required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, or a related role.

Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel required, experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
