We help high-growth companies in the U.S., Canada, Europe, AUS & NZ scale with world-class offshore talent across IT, software engineering, sales, marketing, finance, CX, and contact center teams. We're hiring a Client Partnerships Manager to join our global Client Partnerships team. You will own the full client journey: working inbound leads, running discovery, designing the solution, pitching, negotiating, closing, and growing the partnership once the team is in place. You'll be supported by our global Recruitment, Client Success, and Operations teams.

Where You'll Work

- Colombia-based: Partner with clients across the U.S. & Canada, working North American business hours, handling overflow for EMEA market.

What You'll Do

- Own a steady flow of inbound leads for your region (around 20 a month, roughly one a day) and respond fast.
- Lead consultative discovery calls to diagnose client talent, cost, and scalability challenges.
- Build tailored proposals highlighting our dedicated staffing, daily contractor, and managed service options.




- Manage your pipeline fully inside HubSpot CRM: sequences, reporting, forecasting.
- Partner with recruitment to deliver high-quality candidates and a world-class hiring experience.
- Stay close to clients after their team starts, and grow the partnership as they scale.
- Represent Outsourced as a trusted advisor at virtual and in-person client events.

What You Bring

- 5-8+ years in B2B sales (outsourcing, staffing, SaaS, BPO, or HR tech preferred).
- Proven track record selling to international clients in North America, Australia/NZ, the UK, or Europe.
- Advanced HubSpot CRM proficiency.
- Strong communication & consultative selling skills.
- Based in Colombia, with the flexibility to work your region's client hours.
