Role Description This part-time Project Manager role at THE SM RECORDS is a hybrid position based in Bogota, D.
C., with flexibility for some work from home. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to music distribution, rights management, and digital content operations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include defining project scopes, managing schedules, tracking deliverables, and coordinating cross-functional teams such as operations, logistics, rights management, and client services. The role involves monitoring project risks, resolving issues, preparing status reports,



and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, including artists, labels, and internal departments. The Project Manager will also support process improvement initiatives, help optimize workflows, and contribute to documentation of best practices to enhance efficiency and consistency across projects. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to coordinate Expediting activities.
• Candidates should possess skills in logistics management, including Logistics Management and Expeditor experience to support efficient operational workflows.
• Candidates should possess experience with Inspection and quality control processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and partner requirements.
• Candidates should possess excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly beneficial.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and self-management.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with digital media, music industry operations, or rights management platforms; prior experience in entertainment or tech is a plus.
