* Lead product initiatives and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (IT, software development, cybersecurity and business) to deliver high impact solutions.Adecuado Professional Profile*

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Communication Design, HCI or related.
* Desirable: Nielsen Norman Group, IDEO U, Google UX Design or equivalent certifications.
* Recent additional training in modern UX/UI and good design practices.
* Passionate about technology, results-oriented, with excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
* Conversational English (minimum B1); part of the selection process will be in English and will include technical test.Required Experience* 5+ years designing end-to-end digital products (discovery, research, ideation, prototyping, validation and delivery).
* 2+ years leading product initiatives or small design teams.
* Strong experience in visual design, prototyping, user research and product analysis.
* Working closely with development and product in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).Contract Conditions*

Location:
Bogota.

On-site during the first 2 months; then hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days at home).
* Contract: Indefinite term.

COP 4.500.000 monthly + food bonus COP 500.000.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead discovery: problem definition, objectives, KPIs and alignment with stakeholders.
* Plan and execute user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) and synthesize findings.
* Design flows, wireframes and prototypes (low and high fidelity) and development-ready specifications.
* Define and maintain consistent design systems and UI guidelines.
* Collaborate with product, development and QA to ensure quality and technically feasible deliverables.
* Measure impact (adoption, conversion, satisfaction) and iterate based on data.
* Promote accessibility (e.g., WCAG alignment) and consider security/privacy.
