The Agile Coach will be responsible for building autonomous, collaborative and value-driven teams, promoting frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, and accompanying leaders and collaborators in their evolution towards continuous improvement.Adecuado Professional Profile* Professional in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar.
* Specialization or Master in Project Management (desirable).
* Mandatory certifications: Agile Coach, Scrum Master (PSM-II or higher / Advanced CSM), Team Facilitation, Management 3.0.
* Agile scaling certification desirable (SAFe, LeSS or others).
* Advanced English (desirable for global environments).Experience* Minimum 6 years of proven experience as an Agile Coach in medium to large scale organizations.
* Experience in Agile transformations in the financial sector, insurance or technology services (essential).
* At least 4 years as Scrum Master (minimum 3 years required).
* Experience in agile implementations from scratch, team maturation and digital transformation programs.




* Participation in cultural change initiatives and innovation management.

Key Responsibilities
* Coach Product Owners, Product Managers and Scrum Masters, enhancing their leadership and value management skills.
* Facilitate agile ceremonies and Discovery & Delivery workshops.
* Promote self-management, Accountability and continuous improvement in teams.
* Accompany agile transformation processes at an organizational level, integrating business and technology areas.
* Measure and communicate results through OKRs, KPIs and value delivered metrics.
* Promote wellness, organizational culture and change initiatives.
* Collaborate on innovation and workplace safety projects.Valued Competencies* Inspirational leadership and ability to influence at different levels of the organization.
