We are looking for Sales Closers with a winning mentality, exceptional communication skills and a passion for commercial growth.What we are looking forMandatory profile:* Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in consultative sales closing, B2B or B2C (not mass telemarketing).
* Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly goals.
* Proficient in CRM tools (preferably Odoo).
* Excellent negotiation skills, objection handling and strategic follow-up.
* Ability to work under pressure and 100% remotely with high level of self-management.
* Own computer, stable internet connection and necessary tools for the job.Experience in sales of digital products, programs and services will be a plus:* Experience in sales of digital products, educational programs in technology or software.
* Training in Administration, Marketing, Communication, Psychology or related areas.
* Genuine interest in continuous training and learning about AI,



blockchain and new technologies.

What we offer
* Modality: 100% remote.
* Type of contract: Contractor with American company.
* Duration: 1 year, with automatic renewal based on results.
* Compensation: base fee + commissions over 5% for meeting goals.
* Schedule:* Monday through Friday: 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
* Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
* Scheduled breaks for lunch, dinner and breaks.
