Support the operations team of a top-producing California real estate team, from Colombia.

Amen Real Estate is a fast-growing residential real estate team of 50 agents across Northern California, partnered with Real Broker. We also run SOAR, a coaching community for real estate professionals.

We're hiring a remote Operations Assistant to support our entire operations team, both our remote

team in Colombia and our in-office team in California. You'll take tasks off their plates every day so they can focus on bigger projects. If you're organized, fast, and love checking things off a list, this is for you.

What You Will Help With

Transaction Listing Support

- Creating open house flyers from templates
- Updating listing and lead statuses across platforms
- Data entry and file organization

AI Automation

- Using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) daily to complete tasks faster and more accurately
- Identifying repetitive tasks across the team that can be automated
- Helping build and test AI workflows and automations in ClickUp, Follow Up Boss, and HighLevel
- Documenting new AI processes into SOPs & Loom walkthroughs so the whole team can use them
- Staying current on new AI tools and recommending ones that can save the team time

Admin Team Support

- Updating daily meeting sheets and scorecards




- Updating agent profiles on our website
- Inbox support and follow-up reminders
- Helping prepare slides and materials for team meetings
- Following SOPs and Loom walkthroughs to complete recurring tasks

Content Support

- Basic video editing for Reels and short clips
- Simple graphics in Canva using our templates

What You Bring

- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Admin, virtual assistant, or real estate support experience (US real estate a plus)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to get work done, and genuine curiosity about automation
- Strong with Google Workspace and quick to learn new tools
- Detail-oriented and reliable: you finish what you're assigned, on time, without reminders
- Comfortable supporting multiple team members at once, prioritizing requests, and asking questions when somethings unclear
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Zapier, Canva, Claude, and ChatGPT is a bonus
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace

The Details

- Fully remote, based in Colombia
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm PST
- Pay: $7 - $9/hour
- All training provided through SOPs, Loom videos, and direct support from our team
- Room to grow into a larger operations and AI systems role
