We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented LTL Representative with at least 6 months of experience in transportation, logistics, or administration.

This role focuses on shipment tracking, operational follow-ups, and communication with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely updates throughout the transportation process. The adecuado candidate is comfortable making phone calls, solving problems, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Track LTL shipments and follow up on their status to ensure timely transportation updates.
- Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams by phone and email regarding shipment progress.
- Proactively identify delays, discrepancies, and potential operational issues, escalating them when necessary.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update information in internal logistics systems.
- Respond to inquiries and provide timely, professional updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve shipment-related issues and support smooth operations.




- Use spreadsheets and internal software to organize shipment data and maintain accurate records.
- Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and follow up on pending requests.
- Handle confidential information professionally and follow established procedures.
- Support additional administrative and logistics tasks as needed.

Requirements

- At least 6 months of experience in transportation, logistics, or administration.
- Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with customers and internal teams.
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Computer proficiency, including spreadsheets, word processing tools, and internal software.
- Ability to collaborate across departments while maintaining confidentiality.
